Where should I park?
There is plenty of street parking around the area. Please ensure you obey all signs and parking restrictions.
How do I get there by Public transport?
By Train
There are two train stations nearby, both within a short (5-10min) walking distance.
Option 1
Catch the train on either the Williamstown or Werribee Line to Seddon Railway Station.
Walk approximately 9min to arrive at MAPA. Click here for map.

Right at Victoria St
Right at Austin St.
Option 2
Catch a train on the Sydenham Line to Middle Footscray Train Station.
Walk approximately 5mins to arrive at MAPA. Click here for map.

By Bus
Catch Bus 223 (Yarraville - Highpoint Shopping Centre). Get off at the corner of Austin St & Victoria St, and your there!
Can we observe the classes
To ensure maximum focus and progress of students, we do not allow parents to observe classes. However, we do welcome family & friends of students to view any of their classes during the final week of each term (excluding Term 4). Exceptions will be made in the beginning for very young children who may need some reassurance from parents being on their own.
Can I sell my old dance shoes?
Absolutely! New dance shoes are expensive so we encourage students to sell and purchase second hand shoes through the studio. Speak to reception to find out how we can help.
What should I wear?
CHILDREN’S CLASSES
A dress code/uniform does apply for all children enrolled at MAPA Australia. Please check the Dress Code outlined in our ‘Studio Policies’ for full details.
ADULT CLASSES
Adults attending casual classes should simply wear something comfortable and easy to move in. Eg. tracksuit pants, shorts or leggings and a t-shirt or singlet top.
Where can i purchase the uniform?
MAPA Australia sell all our own uniforms except for new shoes. To place an order, simply fill out the order form and return to reception in an envelope with your payment. If we don’t have what you need in stock, it will be ordered and given out at your next class. We often have second hand shoes for sale, if your are interested please check the notice board for availability/sizes or ask at reception.
